We both get to Bearwood Lakes-superb day and night.

A sunny Saturday afternoon, 3pm tee off and we nearly have the place to ourselves.
Ponds and lakes all around. This course is now rated in the top 30 in UK. That is not for beauty where it must be in the top few.
We both played enough good golf to keep our minds off the splashes.....a few spare balls are handy.

There is an understanding that Bearwood College staff can play the 'occasional' complimentary round. May be testing that term as I finish up here?

We felt it correct to use the lovely facilities. Meals were great and even with Katrina's 6 pound bubblies we had a wonderful, cheap day out which included joining the only locals in the clubhouse for an hour or two.
